The majority of our clients are engineering and professional services companies in the Built environment. We assist them in ensuring that they deliver on the quality mandated by their various industry accreditation bodies such as ECSA, SACQSP, and others.

• We conduct a thorough baseline analysis of your current state in terms of quality management
• We sit down with our clients to map out their various processes and to document them. This is to ensure that there is a standard way of working that is documented and that can therefore be applied by everyone.
• We assist in drafting our clients’ policies and procedures and submit them for client review and approval
• We ensure that our clients’ existing policies and procedures are in line with ISO requirements
• We assist in the creation of your Quality Manual that is ISO 9001: 2015 compliant
• We conduct quality management system internal audits to evaluate whether the system is working and to see whether there is compliance with your documented policies and procedures.
• We conduct management reviews of the quality management system. This is to determine what is working with regards to the quality management system and to also determine what changes need to be made to the QMS.
• We assist our clients to maintain their QMS so as to ensure continued certification
• We conduct QMS training for your team to ensure their buy-in and commitment.
• We ensure skills transfer so that your company is able to maintain the system long after we are gone.

Our methodology has a 100% success rate and we have been able to get our clients ISO 9001:2015 certified on the first try and all of them have been able to retain their certificates in the subsequent surveillance audits. We aim to have our clients certified within 5 to 8 months, barring any delays on the client-side. We work with a globally recognised and respected certification body to get our clients certified.
